Moreover, cellxpo refunded me the shipping costs to have faulty charger returned. The bluetooth works great and overall I am very happy with me experiences in dealing with cellxpo. "

"Cellxpo sent me a black Jawbone when I ordered a silver one. The order acknowledgement shows this. When I emailed for an RMA to send this one back, they said they had a batch of defective silver ones, so they sent me one in black.

I requested a refund, I do not want black. After several emails, they gave me a RMA, but want to charge me a 25% restocking fee. They want to charge me for a return when they intentially sent the wrong item.

Now they are not responding to my emails.

I googled the store for complaints (after the damage is done) and found a bunch of customer service complaints. This is the only site where I have found positive feedback. The BBB (which they are not members) gave them a grade of C and quantified the complaints.
