"One of the WORST companies for service and care that I have come across.
They delivered the wronfg goods, took ages to sort it out, then expect me to FIRST return the wrong ones - and all the time I an unable to use my telephone. Value of the charger is far less than cost of postage - and still they will not correct the mistake unless I first return the wrong charger"
"I placed an order with cellphoneshop.net on 01/05/13 and being a Saturday, I'm sure it wasn't processed until the 7th. Patiently waited the promised time it would take to ship my package but never received it. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones in that I sent an email to them on 01/25/13 inquiring as to the whereabouts of my package and to see if they could backtrace it since they didn't offer a tracking number from the start. I received a response the next day apologizing for the delay, reciting how it usually takes 7-10 days, blah, blah, etc. So I waited another few days emailed them again on 01/31/13, advising I still had not received my pkg. They responded the same day, admitting it must be lost in the mail and would arrange to refund me for the purchase price. Well, that refund was only supposed to take 5-6 business days. The clock is ticking...I don't have my refund yet and I still don't have my pkg. Very disappointed. If I'd known from the beginning I was dealing with a company fronting for a Chinese mfr. I may not have ordered from them in the first place."
"I ordered an apple ipod shuffle charger(3rd generation) as well as apple earphones with remote. I am highly dissatisfied with what I got. The charger doesn't work at all. And the earphones remote doesn't work. For anyone who is willing to place an order on this website and is reading this review, I would highly recommend to not place an order here as I am literally regretting right now. I kind of wasted my money here. For the returns, you will have to give your money for sending it back and in my case, the money they were refunding for the product was lesser that the money I had to spend on sending the product back to them. So, if you don't want to waste your money, please do not trust this store."
"Dealing with this company is the worst experience I've ever had with a company! First of all, the communication with them is horrible and almost non existent! Secondly, the delivery time! We ordered a few things over 10 days ago, and have yet to receive them! Called the company up, finally got a order number, put the order number in last week, saw the order, but now this week, the order info is not there on the site, and they act like they know nothing about me or the order! If we don't get our order by the end of the week, we're pressing charges! This is ridiculous, it's no way the company should have 5 stars! It's like they don't comprehend things!"

"Well, I finally received my order in perfect condition. I think it's sad that we have to go out of our own country to purchase affordable products. I bought a cable here at Walmart (a generic brand) and paid $10. where with cellphoneshop.net it only cost $2.49. If we in the U.S. could purchase our own goods more reasonably from these huge conglomerates, we could shop in our own country. The purchase did come from Hong Kong, with a return address in Switzerland. I wonder how much these cables actually cost to make? so sad. "
"Horrible service. They ship their merchandise from overseas to the U.S. and it takes forever and they don't provide any tracking numbers. I finally gave up waiting for the Bluetooth earpiece I ordered and asked for a refund."
"I am VERY disappointed with cellphoneshop.net!!! I have placed many orders with them over the past year and never had an issue. Now, sadly, I am experiencing the very same thing as all these other reviewers!! Placed an order for cell phone batteries on Dec 3rd, for a xmas gift, and have yet to receive them!! I sent an email last week, no reply!! Today I called their customer service number, waited for 21 minutes to hear the same scripted BS that everyone else seems to have had the displeasure of experiencing!!! 'My issue is being escalated to the billing department and I will receive an email by Wednesday'. I'm holding my breath on that one!!!
What's worse is that I work customer service for a major cell phone service provider and I have recommended them to customers!!!! Never again!! Shop Amazon, at least they care about their customers!!!!"

"I ordered a cell phone battery on December 5th, 2012. It supposedly shipped on December 6th. When I e-mailed them after the ten day business period saying I never received the item they sent a reply e-mail stating it may have been delayed due to out of country shipping (I was never told they were shipping the item from out of the country). It is now December 27th, and they have supposedly re-shipped the item though I doubt it will even come and I will probably have to refute the claim with my bank and debit card now."
