"The products I received clearly were USED items and been REPACKED. The 3-in-1 cigarette lighter charger did not work at all.
So I sent a message and had another one shipped out with the same issues. To get a refund you post back their items which cost more than the original purchase.
Gets you thinking, this FREE Shipping deal is just that, to make you purchase CRAP and so you cannot give it back or it is not cost effective. Just 2 more things from CHINA that fills our tips here.
They pose and mislead you as an AUSTRALIAN Company so you think you are protected under Australian CONSUMER Laws with their AU. in the name and etc.

"I normally don't write reviews, especially when everything goes smoothly but given the volume of bad reviews this retailer has had, i'd thought i chip in.

I ordered a Jawbone Era headset for £30.99 which is a massive saving on the RRP; after i placed the order i found a variant of the model for £27.89. I contacted customer services by phone who said they'd change the order and ship the replacement and it'd take 7-10 days.

The item arrived this morning (8 days later). It's and original item (not a fake Chinese copy) with all the accessories included apart from the protective case but it was advertised as 'white box' so can't complain.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase!!!"

"Like the other reviewers, I would not recommend that anyone purchase items from cellphoneshop.net. I recently purchased a 5th generation ipod touch, which has a lightening charger instead of the regular 30-pin. I waned an ipod player/docking station, but none have been made directly compatible for 5th gen ipods/iphones, so you have to purchase a lightning to 30-pin adapter. The adapters are regularly priced $20-$30 in stores. So I was excited to find them for the extra super cheap on cellphoneshop.net. I bought two adapters and received them fairly quickly. I went out and purchased a docking station from Bed, Bath & Beyond, only to find that neither adapter worked. My ipod would charge when connected to the docking station (via the adapter), but no music would play through the docking station. I exchanged the docking station for another (exact same kind) and had the same problem. Then I went to Best Buy and purchased an iHome docking station...same problem. I stopped living in denial and decided that there was probably an issue with the adapters I purchased from cellphoneshop, so I broke down and bought the $30 adapter from best buy and...guess what..it worked! I was so angry! The packaging for the adapter I bought from Best Buy was completely different from the packaging for the adapters I purchased from cellphoneshop. Also, the adapter from best buy included an apple certificate of authenticity. I knew I had been had.

I just found out about the 14-day return policy for cellphoneshop. Nevertheless, I emailed them regarding a refund since they sold me not just one, but two defective products, which violates implied contractual warranties. We will see what happens. Worse comes to worse, I spent less $10 on the two adapters and a total of $12 when you add shipping, so I will not be broken by the loss...but still, it's the principle. All the old adages are ringing through my mind right now: "you get what you pay for..." "if it looks too good to be true...," "all that glitters...".

I didnt know they had such a poor customer service and tricks to make you paid more on their advertise 80% off discount prices.
Their delivery charges are ridiculous.
They wont tell you how much you will pay for delivery charges until you place the order and buy then it is too late to cancel.
I paid $4.99 for a regular delivery (7-10 days) for an item that costs $3.99 and so to get my money back ($3.99) I must paid for sending the item back!!!

"I ordered an iPad battery charger. They send a 1 amp charger. (iPads need 2.1 amp. iPhone and iPod are 1 amp). When I reported this they asked me to return it. But the cost was $20 to ship a $28 product back to them.

I have reported to them twice that their description is wrong. "A 1 amp charger will not charge any iPad battery". But, they continue to advertise it online.

So, no only have they stolen by $28--they are quite happy to con the next unsuspecting customer as well.

"I was looking for a Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth Headset (new) and I discovered that this site had the best price ($25.99). I was also able to use the free shipping code that was on the main page so I was able to get free shipping.

I did not know anything about this site, but I decided to give it a shot. I paid for the item on 02/14/13 and on 02/15/13 it was marked shipped and on the email that I got about the item being shipped, it stated "For Regular Mail, orders will be delivered within 10 working days." I was surprised about it taking 10 days, but what can you do, the order was already placed.

On 02/25/13 I received my order and to my surprise it was shipped from Hong Kong. That would explain the longer shipping time. The item is as I expected and advertised. I have no complaints. "
