Worst store I have ever purchased from!

"My order took 3 weeks to arrive even though I paid £10 for delivery and it was promised in 2 days. I rang the store several times and each time I rang I was lied to and was told the order was on its way. They were so unpleasant to deal with and so unapologetic. I would never again buy from the store and would advise anyone considering buying from them to not do so! Definitely the worst online buying experience I have ever had!!"

Never buying from there again!

"I baught a dress previously and it came on time and was fine. However, I then purchased one for my Christmas party and I chose standard delivery (2-5 days). After 7 days I rang up and asked where it was, the lady on the phone told me 3-10 days. So I thaught ok it's Christmas time I will give it up to 10 days. It had been 12 days and still no dress..... to be told when I rang up it was out of stock and nobody informed me!! Shocking! Never ahain"

Never purchase anything from Beckys Boutiques

"Most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. My daughter bought a custome for a party. It never arrived on time for her party even though, she placed her order weeks before. They sent a wrong size and when she asked for a refund, they told to emailed. 3 months later she's still waiting for her £45 refund. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. They're waste of space! I'm not going to let them to get away with this!"

"my daughter ordered a dress on 26th sept paid for next day delivery dress arrived oct 8th wrong colour and very poor quality in meantime had to phone twice to see where was dress told it sent .sent it back straight away and girl in post office said it a bit strange it posted back to po box so nobody there to recive it and so far shes right.other day checked bank statement to discover they took money twice out of my account and even thou i have phoned loads of timesfrom ireland no answer no dress and no money refuneded to my accountso far and now its november 8th .dont know how not reported"

Shocking customer service (if you can call it that)

"I've bought a few things from here in the last couple of years, the quality and standard of the clothes is quite inconsistent, although sometimes they're ok for the price.

That being said, the service is probably one of the worst I have experienced. I ordered and paid for a dress and a top/body with 'next day delivery' around 6 ago now. Having called several times and getting no answer, I messaged the Facebook fan page to find out what was going on. The dresss finally arrived a couple of weeks ago but the top still hasn't.

I've asked on numerous occasions if it's been dispatched when I have been told it has (all lies).

The tone of the messages received back from the fan page is laughable to say the least. They come across cocky, uncaring and sarcastic, far from a professional approach. Whoever manages the facebook page could benefit from some level 1 basic customer service training, either that or maybe a new job which doesn't require many people skills.

They don't care in the slightest about complaints regarding their terrible service, and not once try to make amends, apologise, or regain the trust from the customer and help secure return business.

Needless to say I won't be spending a penny more of my money at this pathetic excuse for a business. Oh but never mind.. I'm 99.9% sure they couldn't care less!!!

I phoned them Monday evening and they stated i should of got an email saying she next day delivery was not available. This was not the case as I did not receive an email till after the phone call.
Same happened on the Tuesday and then Wednesday I demanaded i had my next day delivery she agreed but did not receive the next day delivery money.
I rang again Wednesday and I got the same old 'delivery has not come yet'. I then rang on Friday and my dress had come into stock yet so I demanded a refund ( and heard someone in the back saying I don't want to give her the money back ). She then goes on to tell me I have to email the help line and wait for a reply so I did and received this Thank you for contacting us today

But when I called the number two days in a row I got the same answer. No this line is for exchange you have to wait for another email what Iv still not received so the next step for me if nothing by Monday is the fraud company will be getting a phone call.
Not once in any phone call have I received any apologies for the inconvince that is being caused. None of this would of happening If they'd of stated the dress was not in stock on there website.
I will NEVER order from here again. I was disgusted on the lack of customer service these people have. Disgraceful."

Amazing Staff.

"Being a awkward size I always struggle to find the perfect dress to compliment my figure.
After speaking to one of the girls on the order line who was extremely helpful with the sizing of the dresses I eventually found a perfect bandage dress and the fit is amazing.
Service was absolutely impeccable.
I would highly recommend this company.

Disgraceful service

"Completely unprofessional. Scammers . Ordered 2 items from them 2-7 days delivery .6 weeks later no items .rang and emailed 6 times. No reply to emails . Excuses on phone such as my fault for not being there to sign for item (not true), "the label" may have fallen off the parcel .they had no idea where parcel was and would contact me in 2 weeks. No contact .i rang back 3 weeks later .they had magically found one item and refunded that item .of course it was the cheaper item .the second one was still on its way and could not be refunded . I was also told to call back because ofcourse their compyters were down. I was told i could not be given a tracking code as they dont send it by tracking post.unprofessional of a online store. However i recieved the magical escaping item today and it is a crafty item it managed to have a registered and tracking number on it ..must have put it there itself . I do not want the item.poor quality but i shall not be sending it back cause i really am not bothered dealing with this shower anymore "

DO NOT SHOP HERE

"My friend ordered a dress from here and payed £8.00 next day delivery. It did not come on the Friday so we left it for the weekend and it did not come Monday.
She ran Monday evening and they stated she should of got an email saying she next day delivery was nor available. This was not the case as she did not receive an email.
Same happened on the Tuesday and then Wednesday I demanaded she had her ext day delivery refused as the dress had still not turned up.
I rang again Thursday and I got the same old 'delivery has not come yet'. I then rang on Friday and my dress had come into stock and was being sent out on delivery.
She finally got here dress she wanted but it was no the correct dress. It was a different colour to the picture and was a lot longer then shown.
Not once did any one aplogise to us for the inconvince that was caused. None of this would of happened If they'd of stated the dress was not in stock on there website.
I will NEVER order from here again. I was disgusted on the lack of customer service these people have. Disgraceful.

Awful do not shop here

"Awful website and advise not to waste time or money on here like I did. I ordered 2 dresses in my size on next day delivery when they came they were too small, I didn't have time to exchange so I sent them back for a refund and ordered 2 more the next size up when they were both too big. After paying for 2 parcels on 1st class delivery to send them back I finally heard back via email which was very unprofessional, the girl informed me I can not be refunded so I have to order again. The return value was 169 pounds however they gave me a credit note of just 155 so I have wasted so much time and money yet they don't care they just want your money. The dresses look very different in real life as they do online and they also take pictures from Instagram with girls in the beautiful dresses upload them to the site then they make a replica which isn't as nicely made. I have so much to do in my days already I gave up caring but want to worn everyone else not to make the same mistake as me. "

"Awful company. It took ages for my playsuit to arrive. I rang several times and promised call backs which never happened. They will not give me the refund now as I went on holiday and the parcel arrived when i was away so I was not able to send it back within 7 days even though the parcel should have arrived a few weeks before I went away.
Would NEVER use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

"I bought two dresses from them a while ago and when they FINALLY arrive (after several facebook message and email being ignored) they were clearly much smaller then the label sizes. So I contacted them to return only to be told they don't do refunds only credit notes.
So today, nearly I year on I decided to use said credit note and bought two more dresses. Again I'm still waiting for them to arrive 16days after ordering. Again I have emailed and facebook message to once again being ignored.
When these finally arrive if they are unsuitable I will be demanding a full refund!!!!
DO NOT USE!!!!! WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!!
