"Order a dress which was nice good quality but unfortunately too small had to return, I understood before I ordered it would be 28 days for a refund which I really don't understand but accepted it anyway. 40 days later at least 5 phone calls still no refund I have now had to raise a dispute through my credit card thank goodness I used a credit card. I am not sure how people can be so negative about this store.
Everything I bought was great, the quality is good for the price and the designs are fantastic.
I returned one dress out of the 5 items I bought.
I had no problem at all, they emailed me to say they had received it and my money was credited to my account after few days.
I normally buy in high end stores but I have to say I will be buying a lot from here from now on."

"I returned a dress to this clothes website at the end of December. On the 4th January I got an email to say I will be refunded within 28 days.. after 28 days nothing until 2 weeks later I got an email to say the money will be in my account within 5 days.. then nothing. Anyway rang them so many times and all they keep saying is the money is showing that it's definitely gone in my account on 14th February, and it's not I have my bank statements etc to prove it and they just keep saying there's nothing they can do and gave me an email to email but I've not had a reply.. it's so frustating I returned this dress 2 months ago and still not had a reply after sending numerous emails. REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS as this is effing ridiculous just sounds a like a bunch of thick girls trying to run a business who don't have a clue what they're doing. Think they need to look up some laws that they are breaking.. "
