"Aside from poor quality of the dresses, i returned my orders and its been over 6 weeks and i still haven't received a refund. there is no number to speak to an actual person, just email and they don't get back to you unless you DM them on instagram. Any other company would have refunded within 10 -14 days. the way they operate is disgusting and should be shut down"

"Ordered 2 items, dress and top and skirt set. Both listed as white on website.
When they arrived the set didn't match, skirt was white and top was cream. Called up, was told to return both items ( at a cost to me) and they would resend the correct (white) set and I would be refunded delivery.
Returned items as advised, heard nothing, no replacement arrived. Called up, told the cream top is the white? Even though she confirmed it is in fact cream. Told I could pick another colour top. I wanted white, to match....that's why I ordered white.
Asked for a refund...which I was told would be prosessed. That was over 3 weeks ago.... still waiting despite me contacting them again to chase this up. They think it's fair to make you wait the full 28 days for refund when the order was incorrect and their error.
Poor customer service! I don't have the time or energy to return the "white" dress which is clearly cream.
Don't waste your money, it's not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund in a reasonable time frame.

I recieved my order straight away which was amazing because I thought it would of took a lot longer and when I opened it they was all neatly folded in a red bag. I recieved 4 dresses and 1 skirt I can not fault any of the items all of them are absolutely beautiful my favourite is a long red dress I recieved with a beautiful trail at the back however I don't have an occasion to wear it as its more formal and prom like so hopefully something will come up soon so I can wear it. I can not fault the delivery or any of the products I am more than happy with beckys boutique and I have already told everyone to shop here aswell. "
"I bought a top from Beckys a little while ago, I also ordered another size - which unfortunately didn't come due to the top being discontinued (even though I'd already paid for it).
I rang beckys and they told me I could have another top and they'd send it out next day delivery, which was really helpful!
Thankfully the original top I bought, fit - and on the plus side was really comfortable. Definitely would buy again. "
