"Unfortunetely upon arrival of my clock safe it was cracked on the clear plastic face and the pin holding the face on keeps slipping out. Also the dials were knocked off. I think it was very possible the shipping of this product was the cause. It was not as sturdy as I had hoped.I feel that it would be too expensive to send it back and I will just have to make it work."

The advertisement should should not have said sterling silver heart, but Silver Plated"
