"I ordered and paid for a set of sheets back on October 10, 2015 and still have not received this order. It is now 10/282015 and I sent an email to their contact email the day before yesterday. Yesterday they replied telling me they were sorry for the delay and they would try and expedite the order. This is totally unacceptable and I normally expect online purchases within a week with the slowest shipping methods. Eighteen days after the purchase I am still waiting and very unhappy with this transaction. If I had not emailed them I am not even sure they would have known of the problem as they don't even have a tracking that I can see. This may be my last Catchyprice order and I am still wondering if and when it will arrive!!!
