"My order did take a while to receive. I ordered a mystery box for myself, selected a female box (to be my Santa gifts). I received a male box so I was super bummed it had a few unisex items that I kept and gave the rest to my dad. I emailed that I received the incorrect box and they promptly refunded my money and let me keep the items. I thought it was generous even though it ruined my Christmas surprise a little. the shipping time was listed to take up to 30 days as are lots of the discount websites, so don't expect quick delivery. "

"First of all, there is no confirmation on receipt of the payment.
Secondly, even after 15 calendar days, the status still remains as "Processing", forget about the shipping etc.,!
Thirdly, while a very responsive customer support mailmentioned as the total time (from order to delivery) to be 5-15 days, nothing has come in as yet.
Since I have not received anything, I am unable to judge on the quality or genuineness of the product(s).
Since I am a first timer to the site, i am apprehensive and nothing, so far, has caused that apprehension to go away as yet!"

"i had ordered 3 items and it took close to a month receive. One was falcon helicopter that had a faulty remote, which catch price replaced free of cost after long follow up,, they shipped it to wrong address and it had to go back and forth to reach me thank god this time the product worked. second a HD portable dash board cam.. worked the first day, then i kept it in the box in a weeks time when i tried again the screen was white now catch price says i need to reply 15 days from date of ordering.. ? did you hear date of ordering.. have replied back today as the product stopped working in less than 10 days i received it. waiting for a full refund, will post back if i receive the money. please stay out of this site I had wasted a lot of time.. rates as -1"
