"My girlfriend and I bought these chairs to go along with the Kelsey dining table (which we love, by the way) and they are so uncomfortable it's crazy. We went to return them and then were asked for a 20% fee which is extremely high for a direct to consumer brand where you can't try things in the store. You should be really careful ordering from Castlery as you essentially have to pay to get rid of stuff you can't try - and also these chairs aren't actually padded they just have fabric. "
"The online service and delivery were great. The patio set itself is very stylish, well made, appears beautiful. The cushions however are not strong quality and therefore not comfortable. A sofa and chairs ultimately should be comfy to sit in! "
"The sofa arrived in 4 enormous boxes. I was able to take the pieces out myself (small lady). The material is really lovely. The look is super chic and modern. I feel like the grey has a hint of brown to it. It’s comfy and my kids love it. May order another ottoman. "

It took a trip to the recycling center in addition to filling up my waste bin and ultimately landfill to process the shipping material. In the end it didn’t help since the table arrived dented from a forklift? Or something. Nice table but rethink how it gets to the consumer Castlery. "
