"The couch… I love it, the leather is gorgeous and it is super comfortable. I get so many compliments on it! I’ve had it for about 2 months and it is in beautiful shape still and I am still loving it. Doesn’t scratch easily, holds its shape, and is super easy to wipe down if something gets spilled.
The customer service.. I ordered this couch in April and they said “expected shipping” would be in July. The couch came super early, about 2 weeks later in May!! I paid extra for the delivery service, they were really flexible with delivery dates and showed up right on time.. I didn’t have to wait at all. It was so worth it, I would highly recommend. "

Then we were able to delay delivery because we had to travel for a family funeral. Not many companies would provide that much flexibility.
