"Five years ago I had Century Hardwood flooring installed in part of my home. This year I wanted to add more of the same product to other areas in my home. It is a prefinished hardwood so I was not sure if the product was still sold and if colors would match. I went back to where I purchased the floor originally, no luck they no longer carry the product. I called Century Hardwood direct and while they were very helpful, the company they connected me with was very flakey. I never got my product. Then I found you! You got me the product, and shipped it to my front door! We just finished with the install, and no one would ever be able to tell old from new. You made the process very easy. You are in Georgia, we are in Colorado, but it was like you were down the street. One of the easiest home improvement purchases I have ever made."

"I ordered the Earthwerks Chassis Pro glue down LVP for a kitchen-dining area, two baths, laundry and hall. The kitchen area is 35 feet long so I was worried that any gaps would telescope as as I worked down the room but the product was so square and true that I finished with no gaps between planks. The wording of the delivery instruction caused me concern but the driver was very helpful and loaded the pallet directly from his liftgate to the back of my pickup since the install was at a different location. The Motorcoach pattern was darker than it looked on my computer which was ok with me but if you need a precise color go for the free sample. I highly recommend this company."
"While receiving a quote for a small quantity of LVP flooring was easy enough, we faced a number of frustrating challenges during the ordering and receiving process. The team member we worked with was unable to ship the material to our state (NH) to our business. They mentioned that their system would not accept a '0%' sales tax option which NH has. Therefore, they would not ship our order to us unless we had another address or picked up our order in PA (over 300 miles away). We were fortunate enough to have a home address in MA that we could ship to but now we had to pay for sales tax for a shipment that ultimately needed to be sent to a tax-free state for our business. While that was strange enough, we struggled to get a confirmed shipping notification. We were sent tracking but the number did not work so we were not aware when it would be received. As a result, we needed to keep a team member back at our residence instead of our work location to ensure we didn't miss a possible delivery for several days. This was a small delivery (3 boxes). Out of the (3) boxes, the top of (1) box was damaged. This was just a strange experience overall."
