"I am a first time buyer. I mistakenly did not watch closely enough when ordering two cards. I wanted actual physical cards. One came as an Ecard. I immediately messaged that I did not want this type of card as it was for a gift, and I did not have a way to print it out, as required in the email sent to me. I was told they could not replace it nor would they buy back something I purchased from them. I wont be buying more there are lots of other websites"

"All I've ever done is buy, I can't comment on the selling experience. This was my second purchase and both have worked perfectly. One was physical, one was electronic. Both worked and arrived with full balance. I waited a few weeks to use the first one (physical), and the balance was still there.

They've always sent confirmations right away, let me view my purchase history, etc. And they have not given me the runaround in any way. I've never talked to their human customer service so I can't comment on that."

"I purchased a gift card was supposed to have a face value of $103 and only had a value of 22.55. Now they tell me I must wait for a refund until they investigate the matter. That’s a pretty horrible way to handle it in my opinion. They’re obviously not taking the proper steps to verify card values. It seems they could have software set up to auto check the card’s values daily, hourly, or something like that. This would prevent someone from selling them a card that they already have the credentials for and used after they sold to Card Cash (at least that’s what I assume happened). "
