E-Gift card had no money on it

"The egift card had no money on it and it was embarrassing to be told this by the server! I didn't know I should have checked the balance before using. I was rebated the money 4 days after the original complaint."

Good deals but ..

"First time they rejected my payment, 2nd time the same payment was authorized but no card was delivered, payment was kept on hold for days. It's a 991 usd purchase.
They should fix their payment processing issues. I am still waiting for the refund.

"It's not fraud it is really me trying to buy a Gift card!

Thanks Jake for the misinformation! Customer service dept appears to be more deficient than trying to buy gift cards. See below

My giftcard was empty

"I bought a $100 red lobster printable gift certificate. After I purchased it I called red lobster to check the balance and it was good. But at Red Lobster when it's time to pay the bill, the gift certificate shows a zero balance so we had to pay cash for the meal. I know what happened ...the original owner of the giftcard waited until after the 45 day guarantee was up and then they enjoyed a big meal at Red Lobster using a copy of the printable certificate. I contacted cash card customer service but predictably they can't help me after 45 days.

2018 previous review: I have too much trouble signing in. I have been locked out twice. I have not been able to get them unlocked. I am now using a third account.

"Tried to use them for the first time and site automatically rejected my SELL request. So I used their support and provided additional details as requested. And without asking for more they still rejected my SELL request. This is horrible customer service as they should be working with me to figure this out."
