Fas Ten Blocks

"We were camping and couldn't get our trailer level no matter what we tried....we ordered the FasTen Blocks and as soon as they came we used them to raise the back of our trailer....they did the trick and made the rest of our 8 weeks camping much more enjoyable.....no more walking uphill and downhill inside the trailer....lol....the service was great.....I ordered on Sept 1, they shipped on Sept 2 and I received it Sept 4.....great place to shop and will use them again."

SORRY SERVICE

"I ordered a sink and they set the shipping date for 6 days after my purchase. Then I was given an tracking several days after date, the item first said it was enroute using the tracking number. But, their website it was never shipped. When I finally called my bank to dispute the charge I quickly got an e-mail from them saying the item was on back order. So, how was it shipped in the first place. The next day I get an e-mail showing it was shipped that day with an arrival date. Here we go again, I checked the tracking number and it said delivery is delayed once again. WHAT CRAPPY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They sent me a tub and shower enclosure walls that did not match admitted it was their problem and they didn't want to do anything about it. The customer service is in my experience utterly horrible. I would not recommend buying anything from this company"

Do not order from this Camperid.com

"We ordered a camper lock and got two of the lock ends thrown in a box, not professionally wrapped or in a product box, literally just thrown in a box and someone had handled it as there were grease finger prints all over the locks. It was very obvious this was not the product I ordered. I immediately emailed the sales person that evening who sold me the lock and sent pictures. I did not get a response from him. I called early the next morning and spoke with customer service. I explained the situation and requested they overnight a new lock. I was advised they cannot do anything without having the incorrect product shipped back. I stated we were going camping for Labor Day weekend and must have a lock. They still refused to send the correct product. I asked for a total refund to my credit card so that I could order from another company to be delivered overnight so we can fix our lock and go camping. I was advised they are not able to do that until the defective product is returned. I was told they would send me an email with a postage page link to print out for shipping and it would arrive in 3-5 days. I asked to speak with a manager, the manager was very nice, however refused to credit my card or send me the correct product advising me to watch for the email that will arrive in 3-5 days allowing me to ship it back free of charge. I spoke with the manager on 9/4/2020 and have still not received the email with the return slip to ship the product back. I emailed again on 9/14/2020 with no response. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I wish I had looked and seen they only had 4 stars prior to purchasing the lock. I have turned this and all the evidence over to my credit card company to investigate.

Horrible customer service and guaranteed shipping.

"While on a camping trip, the microwave in our camper stopped working. Returned from our trip on Sunday and were leaving again on Thursday for another trip. Found the needed microwave on camperid.com and decided to order as we paid for overnight shipping and it was guaranteed to be at our house on Wednesday. AFTER placing the order, it informed us that due to COVID, the order may be delayed. Ok. I just paid extra to have it overnighted. I called camperid.com and was told that even though i received that message, I paid for overnight, so it was guaranteed by Wednesday. Perfect! Until Wednesday came and went and the microwave was not delivered. I called again and was told it would be there regular shipping and would arrive on Thursday. They apolgized and told me that they would refund 1/2 of my shipping cost. WHAT?!?!? How is that ok. I paid for a service that they did not give AND I didn't have what we needed for our trip. They also told me if I bought the needed microwave somewhere else that I would have to pay for return shipping. Again on a product that I paid for and they guaranteed it would be here in time. I will never order from camperid.com again. If you need the item over nighted...DO NOT trust them."

Do Not Buy from CamperID

"I ordered a tote from CamperID. Received an email from them the next day saying the product was no longer in stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They charged my credit card the same day. Contacted their customer service number and was told I should receive my refund in 2 days. Contacted them again after 3 days and was told they had to verify with their manufacturer that is was not going to be shipped and that it could take an additional 2-3 days. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was then placed on hold and then hung up on. Still waiting on my refund, I did get an email saying my order was canceled and they would email me again when they processed my refund. I would strongly recommend you do not buy from this company."
