"The water heater came in the timeframe it was promised.
I was disappointed that the box had been opened and taped back. There was no control board and an old cover to a control board was thrown in the box and was broken.
The water heater looked new and time was of the essence so we used the board from my old heater and it's working fine. I do feel a box that had been opened should have never been shipped to me. Better quality control should be in place."
