"When we started the experience was outstanding. Every member knew our names and took a few seconds to at least say hello. In the last few months we have noticed a decrease in attentiveness from the director down to the teachers. Not all staff has shown a decrease but a lot seem to drift off in engagement. We realize everyone is busy but the once common hello’s and a very quick, you child did this today, has went away. There are many days that we can pick up our child and no one says a word during the entire transition. We, by far, do not expect a full days story but a simple hello and you child has a good, bad, fun, etc. day would help reassure someone is interacting with our child. When we started there about 2 years ago it seemed that everyone was in it for the children, now it feels like money, class sizes, is the goal. We have yet to worry about child safety but the thought has entered our minds."

"Lots of lies and misleading. Deb acted as if she didn't want to be bothered last time we spoke with her. Certain front staff can't be approached. Teachers will tell you one thing and do the opposite. I guess they just follow the directors lead because he does the exact same thing. They expect high payment on time each week but won't provide high quality service. Price definitely doesn't match service. Extremely disappointed."

"I love this school for my daughter ! She has such a joy waking up every morning full of excitement for going to see her friends and teachers. the price is a little high but it’s worth the sacrifice to me for the quality of learning she gets. peace of mind when it comes to childcare is so important. the only suggestion I would have is maybe increasing the amount of restrooms in the classes. 2 stalls for 30 children doesn’t seem like enough especially when waking up after nap time as my child has accidents not always in her sleep but as she waits for a stall to open up. Other than that I have no complaints at all about the school or staff and plan to keep my child here until kindergarten"

Hate that the old director left and that the new one tells people the color of his soul is black. Love the teachers and that is what is keeping us there for now."

"Overall the school has been very pleasant and a joy to be at. the last 5-6 months have completely changed since the change in director happened. It ultimately has changed the way i view the school and how long I consider leaving my kids for. The teacher turnaround is high and I don't ever know how long a teacher will stay for. I enjoyed htis school so much but now with the current leadership it has gone down in it's ranking."

The activities and updates posted throughout the day are so great. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The women who work in the Infant 1 room are so wonderful, they made the transition of leaving our baby in daycare so much better."
