"I think Childtime and I share a philosophy about education and compassion. I am very satisfied with how well my child has been handled and taught since 12 weeks of age. He gets exposure that he probably wouldn’t have gotten otherwise (sign language as an infant, kids’ music and videos as a toddler) and he loves it. He talks about his friends and teachers and enjoys going to school every day."

"Love this school and the staff is great! You know they love my kids as much as I do. My only wish is upgrade the rooms with new floors, furniture, new paint. Feels outdated. Parking lot & outdoor area could use some TLC. It's what people first see and I feel like it's not very appealing. Also, maybe make breakfast an option? My child really doesn't need this second Breakfast and if it means my tuition would be cheaper... i'm all about it. Feel like its wasted food."

"When we first started at Childtime in 2015, we couldn't imagine ever wanting to leave. The staff was friendly, the teachers were great, we felt safe leaving our daughter there. Since Crystal has left I feel like the school has lost the wow factor it use to have. Our favorite teachers keep leaving, two of our favorites were moved to the Hampton location. While the front office and desk staff seem friendly, it feels like regular forced greeting each day instead of a conversation or sincere warm greeting. I feel like they do try to greet everyone and try to be friendly but it doesn't feel like they have a natural ability like the staff did when we first started. I miss seeing the same faces on a regular basis, even past teachers in the first classes, we just notice them disappear and replaced by teachers we don't know which leads to now I just walk in, sign my daughter out, and go get her. Ms. Candra seems to be the one holding down the personal talk each afternoon I pick her up. I still feel like she is safe, I know the staff is professional and can handle things that come up, I feel like she is getting some good education skills to be ready for kindergarten and the school is always clean and she has plenty to keep her busy. I feel like this is a good school but the best way to describe my feeling as we leave is it no longer has a wow factor to me."

His teachers are excited to see him and the administration appears supportive of their staff. Directors and front desk staff have the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. Please give teachers a bonus at this school ! High quality staff like the one at this school ( especially the start in the pre k and school age classroom) needs to be rewarded !!!"

"When seeing food options, many times my child and othersjust won't touch the casserole options, especially beef. Would be awesome if at all possible that there be a cheese sandwich option so child does not get overly hungry in day when they just don't eat what is offered. Also, in each of the 3 and 4 year old classes, would be great, if possible, to come up with a napping alternative for some quiet activity for kids who just no longer nap. Many kids nap time is being interrupted by those that choose not to nap. Or maybe turn down the lights at nap time for a dimmer environment. More kids may nap."

"I adore this school and would NEVER consider changing. Even if I moved I would ensure I didn't move far enough that my daughter couldn't attend Childtime. I love the teachers, atmosphere, and curriculum and every single day when my daughter gets home I'm amazed at how much her language and motor skills have improved! She learns SO much more at school than I could ever teach her at home. AND she interacts very well with other kids thanks to learning how to properly interact with her peers. I adore all her teachers. I have nothing but amazing things to say!"
