"We absolutely love ChildTime. We started there in January after leaving another daycare, and we have been so amazed by the quality of care and education our daughter is receiving. The staff are all so engaged and knowledgable and my daughter feels so comfortable there. I absolutely love the Brightwheel app that lets me know how she is doing throughout the day and the teachers do such a good job of updating it with meals and activities. I really feel like I know what is happening throughout the day. In the last 1-2 months, my daughter transitioned from the infant to the toddler room. I was very nervous about how she would do with this transition, but everyone made it so easy for her and she is really thriving. I am so grateful to ChildTime for taking such good care of my daughter and allowing me to have peace of mind while I am working."

"The caretaker to student ratio is very high. The school age classroom seems to have too many students in it. The teacher is very nice and caring, but there are a lot of students in that room. I once counted over 25 students with only one adult. I have also witnessed two-three year olds not being properly supervised when I went to pick up my child."
