"Teachers and staff are nice and welcoming. The communication about items needed or activities happening are not always given enough advance notice. The school holiday closures are told to the parents at the last minute. Communication all around from the center to the parents needs to be drastically improved. You can not assume that the parents know."

But the planning department didn't perdict a large enrollment. Safety guard guards should be out to controll traffic during the afternoon."

"We love this school. Everyone in the center has a part of knowing our son and they are all very kind. We appreciate the love they have for our son. The only reason I give a lower number on the outside appearance is not of fault of the center itself. It has become a dumping ground for the area neighbors it appears and that I am sure is frustrating for the employees. Not sure that there is anything that can be done for it. But if there was a way that it could be better monitored on their behalf, I am sure it would help. They are an amazing staff!!"

You can tell that she is very genuine and takes great pride in making sure that both parents and children are comfortable with the Childtime staff and daily business practices. There are three staff members that I consider to be reason we have stayed with Childtime. Ms. Tracy, Ms. Eva, and Ms. Patrice, go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is properly welcomed to the Childtime family.
