"Overall it has been a good experience. For the price I wish the teachers were required to have a degree if they are the lead teacher. The director is amazing. She really loves her job and the children. Most of the staff has been there for a long time which to me means they probably have good work culture, which is good because children pickup on things."

"The staff that greets you in the morning and afternoon are always friendly and willing to chat with any concerns or conversation with us parents. The 1 year old room has an amazing group of teachers. We just transitioned to the 2 year old room and he seems to be doing great. Those teachers I haven't really met due to covid but seem to do amazing as well. Staffing at the Pleasant Valley Rd in VB is awesome."

"We truly feel like every member of the staff at this facility is invested in the overall well-being and future academic success of our child. No matter the time of day, every staff member greets my child by his name and appears to know something about my child-whether it’s something they like or something they did throughout the day, it’s apparent that the entire staff works as a team to facilitate a nurturing learning environment for each and every child. Our only complaint has to do with the current hours of operation still being restricted “due to COVID-19” despite statewide mandate changes and increasing number of parents returning to normal in person working hours/environments and employers decreasing their willingness to work with employees due to childcare needs."
