"Overall the teachers have been great, and they are good with my kids. When we started care the hours were 5:45-6, which was a big reason we chose this center. However, the shortened hours since COVID started have made childcare here very difficult to manage. My children frequently get set home for things they never previously got sent home for, and the timeframe to come back is not consistent. It had always been 24 hours and then was changed. Now sometime they say 48hr and other times it is 2 full days- that is a big difference depending on when I pick my child up and I need to know for consistency for work. There have also been instances where I have been told I cannot take my child to school due to staffing, which has left me without childcare for work."

My concerns aren’t taken seriously by staff. They don’t seem to genuinely care about my child’s well being. I would not recommend this school to other parents as I wouldn’t want them to be as concerned for their child’s safety as I am."

"Overall the price, location, and warmness of the staff is awesome. However, if I want something done different then the way they do things with my son I literally have to ask multiple times before they do it which is annoying. The staff that watches my son doesn’t really interact with him the way they do other children. If my son got more attention and better interaction I would stay at this location but I’m actively looking to switch to another."

"The Teachers and Management team at Childtime on Providence road provides a welcoming environment. I feel confident in the care my children receive and get great communication daily in regards to meals, potty, nap and education/activities. We are so happy and really love this place!"

Cost is pricey for the school age program when staff is always changing and no learning/homework help is provided and no outdoor/exercise.. Mainly just a baby sitter at best(except kids bully and no one notices) price should reflect services provided.."

"I love this school. Our only issue is the price. It seems like on top of the already ridiculously high weekly price, there is always something being added in, for example fun bus, parents night out (which are optional, but still) summer fees, registration fees, holiday fees and so on and so forth. I just think that seeing how we pay more in daycare payments than we do in mortgage payments, everything should at least already be included."
