"Unprofessional, unorganized, no progress in concern for my child and because of my job I mostly have to grin and bear the fact that I’m going into another phase of depression over my child’s Development at this daycare. It’s declining and it’s only because of the lack of effort to support the parents needs and wants for the child. I don’t see why I fill out a form stating where my child is with development if they’re not going to follow it. I don’t know how they can say if you need us call us when no one answers the phone. I can’t see how they say they are an extension of the home and here to help us extend our child’s development when they really are not doing anything to help but it’s done nothing but decre"
"My experience has been a rollercoaster. A rough start in toddler classroom untill they got a good teacher team then it was GREAT.. then Macy became director and the center immediately turned into chaos. Alayah had a decent teach for a moment in 2s with Miss Chrissy but after Chrissy transferred into a different classroom, my daughter started coming home with black eyes, no underwear, and a busted nose with zero explanation from the teachers of what was happening. Macy NEVER addressed any of my concerns. They closed my daughter’s classroom for a full week due to staffing and STILL charged us. I never got a refund for that! And when she went to pre-k class.. there wasn’t even a teacher to tend that room until after Macy left. My daughter was assigned to a class that did not have a teacher most days.. she spent everyday with the school age and 4 year olds for the first 3 months of her transition. It was such a chaotic process and kids needs more consistency"
"The director does a great job at making you feel heard and tries to address all concerns. She is a natural teacher and mother, but it’s very clear that the staff is incredibly short staffed. The turn over rate has been extensive and therefore my child has not learned anything. There is no curriculum being followed and the app is hardly used. I would rather no potty updates than one + an occasional nap note. One picture a month is not something that I love. Our previous daycare reported every potty update, ever snack and meal, pictures all day long, etc. The ratio is appropriate and the same as the last school. I believe I t can be done, they’re just not doing it. But maybe it can’t and it’s just because every teacher spends a couple hours in each classroom to try to cover each other."
"Very happy with our experience. Teachers are so warm and welcoming while I also feel like my child is gaining her independence and learning everyday."
"It is a great school, the teachers are very engaged and involved in classroom activities. However, the teacher turnover rate has been a bit high. My son has been attending this school since he was 3 months, he’s now going on 5. The Integration and transitions between classrooms as they go up in age are easy on the kids"
"The communication has been good. The stuff is nice and comprehensive with parents. I would like the teachers to be more engaged with the kids, do more activities and have less screen time."
"We love the school and staff. Everyone is amazing. I am worried that we may have to switch schools because staffing is not reliable which is very unfortunate. Otherwise we could not ask for a better program."
"I love my child's teachers they are fantastic! I also love leadership-my only concern is staffing. Our school is all about safety-which is why they have to cap how many children can be in the infant room when there is short staffing; however, we lose so much money for a service we rely upon."
"There are pros and cons as there are anywhere."
"The management are wonderful and great at listening. Her preschool teacher was amazing in her curriculum she learned so much!"
"Overall experience has been great. Teachers are wonderful and communicate well."
"For the most part is was fine in her previous class but since moving up, I’ve had small issues here and there and usually the on site management team take our concerns seriously and make appropriate corrections. My most recent communication with the district manager Jeanne was not the best and she is more interested in defending than communicating and problem solving. I am greatful and impressed with the on-site management but am not a fan of their district manager."
"The infant teachers and toddler teachers in this center are absolutely wonderful. However, the management and leadership is so poor that I would not recommend the center. The teachers in the older classrooms do not seem to care and just act like it is annoying to be at work. The management just brushes off concerns and doesn't do anything to address them. I received false messages saying daycare was opening hours late to prevent my children from attending when they were apparently operating as normal. The teachers in the preschool room send my child's clothes home in an unacceptable manner after accidents and don't take the time to care for my child's things. They also threw clothes away without telling me until I brought it up one day. My children are frequently sent home for illnesses that they don't have, and this center requires that they must be out for 48 hours minimum when they are sent home. This center used to be great when we started several years ago, but that is not the case now."
"The teachers and loving and nurturing to all the children! The older kids come to the infant room just to hug their former teachers :) I know when I drop off my daughter, she is safe, happy and well taken care of. This a great school with a wonderful staff!"
"I like that my son is excited to go to school again, I like that he has a routine and structure within the school and can carry that out of school too. I love that he gets excited to show me his art work, and that he actually learned his teachers name and just seeing how much he has developed in the short 2 months he has been at this school."
