"Good school; however the building design needs improvement. One needs to walk through the toilet or another classroom to transition from the building to the big kids play area."
"We are thrilled with this school and wish we had enrolled sooner. The teachers care so much for our daughter, we couldn't be happier. She is healthy, engaged and learns tons of new things from her day at school. The director is kind, professional and knows me and my child. We feel very welcomed here!"
"School lacks of firstaid when children get hurt. Lack of school supplies for kids activities."
"The condition of the school is okay. For what we pay, I feel like the overall facility could be nicer and better organized. Ms. Lisa has come into the infant classroom recently and really helped to instill more of a curriculum based focus in the classroom. Previously, I felt like all the children did was play and there was no organization or structure. We started attending Childtime because we wanted more of a curriculum based program, even in the infant classroom."
"Lots of turnover in staff. Not the best communication when staff changes. Registration is expensive and I'm not clear on why we are charged so many times a year. My child likes it or we would more heavily consider changing."
"The teachers genuinely care about the children and it shows with how the kids all interact with each other in a positive and supportive manner. The only concern was it seemed there has been a lot of turnover with the Director Staff in the past year due to family needs/life changes, I am pleased that it hasn't impacted the quality of care and environment. My son loves it here at Childtime. Thank you for making it such a special place."
"I love the teachers. They are very welcoming and I feel that they genuinely care about my children. I am not a fan of the new director. She does not get back to me in a timely matter, isn’t involved in interaction with the kids and frankly not as warm and inviting as the precious director, Ms. Cecile."
"Overall, I love our ChildTime facility. However, recently there has been significant turnover of key personnel, many on short notice, for unclear reasons. Because of this, I have become hesitant to recommend this place to other parents as I’ve enthusiastically done in the past to neighbors, coworkers and parents new to the community on Nextdoor. Unclear of where the center is headed, we are emotionally readying ourselves for the possible switch to a new daycare."
"I've been happy with Childtime when my child was in the infant and toddler rooms. But as soon as my child transitioned to the twos/early preschool room, it became difficult. The child to teacher ratio (a little over 12 kids to 1 teacher) in the new room was one reason. Each kid gets way less attention and I don't think this should be the case for 2 year olds."
"The only thing I would mention is child specific intra-teacher communication. Often, we have to make sure we give information specific about our daughter to all the people we see in the morning and all the people we see in the afternoon, because the teachers themselves don't always share these types of messages."
"I would like to see healthier snacks. I do not like my daughter being given saltines and processed American cheese for snack. The teachers are amazing and hard workers."
"I wish we had more advanced notice for additional costs & fees in order to plan for it."
"School is great as it is couldn't find a better one"
"We love Child Time. I’m always amazed that all of the staff know not only my daughter’s name, but mine as well. There’s a very fun, positive atmosphere and my daughter loves all of her friends and teachers. I especially love seeing the updates sent to my phone with pictures and descriptions of my daughter’s day."
"Much improvement needed on aspects from school to staff better food options"
