The app helps us feel connected to our child even though we aren't there and the cameras provide peace of mind. "Current directors are above and beyond better than previous directors we’ve had. Kristen and Tori are responsive they do their best to respond to our co concerns. Our only current issue is with corporate decisions that have been made. Currently all public schools have been closed due to the COVID pandemic but Childtime has chosen to remain open. Kids here get sick constantly during normal periods so the fact that Childtime has decided to keep doors open is bewildering. Isn’t that being a part of the problem? World Health Organizations advise that we should limit social interactions but yet this school (where kids are constantly coughing/sneezing/spreading germs) is not taking heed. The school is heavily discussing preventative measures such as washing hands, etc but the reality is that these are little kids that are not as diligent. When our child does get sick from a regular illness from daycare, the response is “no matter how clean the facility is - kids will spread germs..”"
