"Some teachers are great, others are sub par. Mostly the two’s classroom. There is a lack of oversight in general from the admin. I’ve observed admin socializing with the teachers very casually. As a profession working, when your boss is casual and lax, you will be too. This is a hard time for toddlers as they are learning how to function in a classroom, socialize with friends, etc. Every-time I walk into this classroom or see videos - the teachers are sitting. When they’re outside, teachers are sitting...inside, teachers are sitting and socializing with each other about when their next break will be. Perhaps that’s why they left a child outside. Do better two’s classroom. You have kid’s safety and well-being in your hands, do a better job of teaching and fostering their social and emotional learning. ."

"A teacher from the Two’s class at Mira Mesa location doesn’t seem to like her job or care for the children. She never smiles or interact with parents and seems very off. She is not proactive and very quiet."
"The bright-wheel app updates is a big reason we joined here, would appreciate if the live video we see on TV in lobby could be fetched over the app so that I can see my kid anytime i want. The teachers are very caring and curriculum is also good. My kid has learned a lot in a year. Would be nice to have a cheaper option of half day enrollement."

"LOVE the teachers. Our biggest complaint is with administration and communication. Sometimes they think that putting activities or announcements on a small piece of paper at check-in is notice enough (example - we tried to find a Halloween Costume that our child could comfortably wear all day at school then the night before Halloween we get a reminder that no costumes were to be worn at school (it was PJ day). There was no announcement, only a typed item on a small calendar printout. Also, I believe cleaning staff works very hard but the building itself has issues. For MONTHS the preschool bathroom smelled HORRIBLY (probably because of plumbing issues). We finally had to complain to the director which they addressed but it was frustrating that we had to say something months later instead of it being automatic (the bathroom smell was there for months before we said something). Also it is frustrating when holiday closure dates are up in the air depending on how many kids come to school. We both work so we need to know in advance if we need childcare. Plus we think it is unfair for teachers to know last minute if they are getting paid for the day or not because it's not like we get a refund back if the school is closed on a day that was not planned (like day before Christmas or day before New Years). EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED with this."

"We just moved a month and a half ago and this school has been a welcome surprise. Coming from a home based daycare it has been very refreshing to have structured curriculum that helps our children learn. The staff has all been friendly and helpful. Not having to pack lunches or diapers has also been an unexpected surprise!"
