"Well it was a very professional environment and I loved the fact how they were really organized and the class rooms were neat cleaned and maintained. I also loved the fact about them helping the children reach there goals and being able to teach and prepare the children for their next milestone. The school overall is very big and detailed and I loved the atmosphere! Infant classroom happened to have very attentive and caring teacher(s) while the toddler classroom seemed extremely inattentive and lacked any visible indicators that they enjoyed their job or cared about the kids."

"In general my experience has been very positive with the main classroom teacher (Ms. Star). The teachers and assistants who help with the toddlers I have found to be less than warm and welcoming. In addition, the assistant director has been rude on multiple occasions and seems less than interested to help or answer questions. She is very off putting and unfriendly which is disturbing since she is the staff member who I most regularly see when I drop off."

"Overall, we are happy with Childtime. However, not all of the teachers are consistent with communication. When you are dropping your child off to one teacher and picking your child up from another, you feel a disconnect when neither one has told you much information about your child from that day or the day prior. When parents need to work for much of the day and miss out on potential milestones, no matter how small, it leaves the parent feeling disconnected. While we understand there are different personalities involved as well, there is also a lack of warmth with a few of the teachers, which also doesn't feel great when you're not able to be with your child for much of the day. Most of the teachers and caregivers are great and super warm, but even if it's just one who isn't, it makes a difference."
