"The staff is extremely friendly and polite. They take good care of the children. The only negative experience I have to share is that one time when it rained we were asked to come collect our child earlier because Childtime wanted to close early because of the rain. We have to leave work in order to collect our children early so to have to leave on account of a little rain is massively inconvenient. I hope that that does not happen in 2019. "My first impression walking in the front office was pretty bad. It was old, not clean feeling and smelt bad. Frances on the other hand was very professional and discussed pretty much everything that needed to be discussed and showed me everything. She was great. the school just felt very run down, not clean and the rooms smelt really bad. I also don't like the fact that I cannot provide my child with his own meals. I feed my children all very healthy organic meals. Ingredients matter a lot to me so I would rather bring his own meals."
