"We thought it was great at first. Kelly St. Clair, the former director was so great at communication, and making us feel warm and welcome. After a few months though, the turnover started happening. Teachers leave left and right, and the inconsistency is terrible. We never know who is actually caring for our child. The Precious Status app will tell us one person, but if we call, it's actually someone else using that other person's log on. It's quite frightening to be honest. The new director is lacking in her communication, and we just aren't happy with her. One of the teachers that is leaving said most of the staff is leaving because of her. Seems like everyone is going to be affected by this exodus."

"Love our ChildTime team; our oldest graduated from this center two years ago and our youngest started in the Infant 1 room and is about to go to preschool. It is wonderful - the extra-curriculars offered are great and so much fun; the family events in the Fall are fun. The teachers are approachable and keep me informed really well and have a genuine care for my child. :)"

"I dropped in requested info and was provided a full on the spot tour of childtime . This was helpful in providing me the info I needed to see if Childtime was the right fit for my child. The tour provided me the info I needs to realize Childtine was not a match for our childcare needs. I found the director very helpful in providing info and answering questions. The price for an infant of $369/week is very high when compared to other facilities I visited. The facility itself was very clean (people entering infant rooms were required to wear booties to cover thier shoes ) but equipment and the building itself seemed old and out of date. The whole place was in need of new paint, carpeting and furniture and equipment. It didn't appear to have an ekectronic entry system or survalance /monitoring system in the classrooms. It also seemed overcrowded with the main vestibule being used as a classroom for one of the age groups."

Kelly and the teachers are excellent at accommodating to my all of my son's food allergies (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and dairy) and taking care of his eczema by putting on lotion with every diaper change. They are very loving and nurturing to my son. Follow our schedule for food. he does alot of arts/crafts and motor skill development there. He came home signing all done and more. He's very social and plays independently. I love the app as well. it helps us as parents to know what's going on. I love that i can ask for a picture during the day.
