She did not seem very personable and did not seem to care when there was a day on which I had a family emergency and asked to bring our child in for an extra unscheduled day. I realize there are ratios but the lack of empathy put me off to her. Observing her interactions with staff and children during daily operations, it did not seem that she was that engaged in what was going on around her.However, the Assistant Director, Jenna, appeared to be doing most of the work. She was always courteous and empathetic to us and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job. It was always a joy to see her as she seemed much more engaged in our child's well being than the Director. Jenna is definitely an asset to ChildTime, I wish I could say the same for the Director."
