Having accepted the order and charged my card they decided to cancel the order they claimed "is discontinued with no replacement". I contacted the manufacturer who stated this was their current product. I checked the CTI website which still listed the product in stock only now the price was hiked over 20%. Contacting customer service didn't even get a reply. I will never deal with such an unprofessional company again. "
