"These guys are a joke! Placed an order for four HDD. Go through registration, get a confirmation page and even an invoice. Two days go by and no emails, no tracking number, no contact what so ever. I email them asking them what happened? I get a one line reply "your order was declined we have no idea why". No apologies, no explanations, and no attempt to contact us to let us know they were having problems. Placed order with a competitor and in the time it took to get two emails back and forth from these guys our order is processed and ready to be shipped. Seriously poor performance and non-existent CSR!"
"Bait and switch. They advertise the cheapest price on a product in all search engines than after I checkout they send me an email "We’re Sorry, We Need to Cancel Your Order – Product No Longer Available". Yet it still says it is in stock and available on their website. Surprise the next day item is still in stock with a different price. Customer service calls you with weird questions like how long you has your business been in this address etc, etc before shipping your order. You have my credit card and address why are you calling me? Won't deal with these jokers again. Thanks a lot for wasting my time. "
