"I ordered the proper filters for my Cpap and you sent the wrong ones. When I called and talked to a rep, she told me she could not fix the problem because you guys would just send the wrong ones again. Really?? Yes. Lame.
She refunded my money but then told me to shop directly from Phillips. When I tried to do this, Phillips said they don't sell to individuals and could not give me an outlet in which to find them. This was all VERY disappointing and I STILL haven't found the right filters. So I'm breathing through very dirty filters every night. You guys were not helpful at all on this one. "

"CPAP ramp up would not change. Downloaded user manual did everything they asked me to do and at the end of the day they said sorry cant return it because you used it. Send it back and maybe we will test it and see what can be done. 12-16 weeks waiting to test it and then maybe something can be done but probably not. They are great for supplies but I will never buy a CPAP from them again."

"Just purchased a Resmed AirSense 10. So very quiet! Replaced a Resmed with ”motor has outlived its life” message that was very noisy. Sad part is that I have used a CPAP since 1990 and that was the first one with that message. Shows that things just aren’t made like they used to be. "I ordered a nasal mask to try instead of a full face mask. The pictures did not represent well enough the actual nasal block. When the package arrived, I took the plastic off, and as soon as I did that, it cannot be returned. The mask has not been exchanged as part of their 30 day fit guarantee."
