"Generally the teachers are warm and welcoming; however, I'm concerned that they have too many other responsibilities that keep them distracted allowing for injuries to my child that could have been avoided. I'm disappointed that they do not take responsibility and instead use her age as an excuse for why she is getting hurt. I think for the price I'm paying there should be a higher level of care given."

"Everything is always so nice and neat, they constantly make decorations with the season and theme going on. The staff is very friendly and is always so creative. The office staff is always in the classroom to assist teachers and are so helpful with any issues or concerns. They seem very knowledgeable in helping with child problems and are always there to talk to."

"All of my children have attended CCY in some capacity. We are happy with them overall. I believe they push academics way too early for young children but this does not negate the quality care they receive from their teachers. There has been some teacher turnover issues where the teacher leaves and nothing is communicated to parents until a new person is hired or we ask. That’s frustrating. I also wish it was a requirement for the staff to wear name tags. I want to know who is working with my child without having to awkwardly ask."

I think there are things to be improved on but the love and care that the teachers my child has received at this school has gone above and beyond any school my other child went to. "The first year was great. My child was moved a lot and loved her teachers. The last move, I did not feel was a good transition. There were way more kids than her previous class and I rarely saw her teacher. If there was a change in teacher, I was never notified. The app is also useless because it is only used for clock in/clock out purposes. Before, the app had pictures and food updates. Since my child has been in her latest class, they don't use it. We are leaving to another program that has a similar curriculum, lower teacher/student ratio and is affordable. Thank you for the time you have spent with my child, peace of mind while she is at school, and the activities we were able to participate in. She really loved her teachers Marilyn and Noha. We might be back next summer!"

She is always getting to try something new and different things that we sometimes don't have time to do at home and so I appreciate the experiences she gets to have when she is there."

"There is not continuity of teachers in the classroom, thus impacting the quality of care and instruction received. The school work is inconsistent. This has been a constant problem since I enrolled my child. Many teachers seem annoyed with normal responses from the children. This school expects the students to be dressed nicely in business casual uniform however the staff does not dress nicely and is often dressed in streetwear / leggings."
