"Almost all experiences have been great. Even if my child gets hurt, I always get a heads up over the phone so that it’s not a surprise when I come in to get him. The communication through Brightwheel has been a saving grace through the pandemic. Not being able to communicate with teachers about his day has been the hardest thing, but they work so diligently to give me all of the updates possible."

"We have dearly loved our sons teachers so far. They are caring and have understood his needs. But now, he’s just being pushed around per the teachers convenience. Oh he still naps... send him to EPS2. Oh PreK is full, send him to JrK. That’s not how a child feels comfortable and learns his curriculum! We now wish it was easy for us to change his school."

There are some of the teachers are not so concerned and if a conversation comes about they have been rude. When the 4 year tells you she doesn't like someone because they are always mean, you start listening.. concerns were address however the teacher is just in a different area.."

"Overall it's been good. I really appreciate the Director always being available to address concerns. I would like more interaction with my daughter's teacher. A quick update every now and then on how she's progressing, interacting, funny things she's doing, and so on - drop off's are hectic because the toddlers go into another room with older kids in the morning so it's not easy to chat, and it's a different teacher in the afternoon. It would be good to have more consistency with the afternoon shift as well - they rarely know my daughter well and don't usually have any updates on how the day was for her."
