"School atmosphere is misleading. Director is nice but other staff varies in attitude and respect. Teachers are inconsistent with care and concern, as well as communication. It’s a bit of a toss up on what you can expect, which is unsettling."

"This Courtyard has always been wonderful. Any concerns have been taken seriously. They definitely over communicate which is incredibly nice for two parents who work a very busy schedule. We love that everybody there, even teachers who aren’t with our kids, know who our kids are and always greet them warm and happily. "Overall I am satisfied with the school. There are a lot of new teachers and I haven’t been as satisfied with my child’s new teacher however he just changed classrooms so I am just getting to know his newest teacher. The level of communication from teacher to teacher varies which I understand is natural but I think there could be more communication. I think tuition has gotten too expensive and have began looking at other schools. If tuition decreased I’d definitely stay."

"I've reviewed this before in public forum and I would say my experience as been satisfactory. I have had my doubts and expressed my concerns. I feel teachers need a little bit more support in all aspects of this job being that they have to maintain order in a class of 7 or more kids. At a minimum staffing needs to be better to address parents or guardians when they come in the front. There use to be a great person for the last 2 years since I started and I tell you I was never disappointed with her being attentive and understanding and spoke to all of us as we came in. Since the end of summer she moved to another position outside of this facility and that was a big loss, since then no one communicate with us unless its for opportunity for us to spend money or major updates not related to our children. They need at a minimum of 3 people at the desk in and out so at least 1 person admin only is at the desk all hours not teachers filling in having to hear parents complain about messages from the admin team."
