When I changed it back, it finally generated wrong shipping and billing addresses without a chance for me to modify it. Called customer service three times, each time it took over 10 minutes to wait. It seems they are in a hurry to answer customer's questions and they don't care their system bug. No email notification of my order as promised and cannot show online status after I called. Shipped in a box with the item rocks inside with no invoice no packing slip."
