"I have a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I would go into it here but it is a long story. Basically, I waited over 2 months to get a producted that I had ordered but for me to get it I drove down to North Carolina where their main place is from Florida. I wanted one of my video game systems modified with a chip. The manager and staff are VERY RUDE. They even have a security guard in their little 'store' because they get so many complaints and are worried that someone might attack the manager. I say 'store' because this place is exetremely small and doesn't even look like one. Well after waiting for 2 months they lost my system and just gave me an import one and a free game. I wanted my original system back but the best thing they could come up with was that 'they lost it and there's nothing they can do.' What kind of business is this? I am currently thinking of sueing these incompetent people. This is a fly-by-night type of company. Watch out."

"over 2 weeks and no reply to email and no product sent to me. I was charged but I never received my item."

"Well it took the company over two weeks in order to ship my order, plus another for it to get here. Well there is no packaging involved with these people, all they do is put your stuff in a box and send it out, no bubbles, no popcorn, nothing, just bare in a box. Needless to say, me goods were damaged, as they also sent two wrong items. On top of that, a mangled book was sent as with 3 used DVD box sets, which I had ordered to be new and a mangled book. I called them, and after an eternity on the phone with long distance, someone decided to reply. They did not offer to ship me the correct items, nor even ask about the shipping, which to them was normal, without filler and bare in a box. They tried to buy me off with a book that they were getting rid of, instead of actually trying to give me the stuff I had ordered and not USED merchandise. I will never shop from them again and hope they go out of business."
