"Buyers BEWARE!! DO NOT TOUCH THEIR WEBSITE!!! This seller is a thief. I bought an expensive Plasma Television (SONY KLV-32M1), and it was delivered a month late and when I finally got it the screen was CRACKED. I called them and told them about it and they tell me that its the shippers (UPS) fault and that I should get the money from them. I called up Sony to ask them if it is something that happens once in a while and they said that if I got it like that the seller DEFINITELY sent me a cracked screen on purpose. When I called BuyRite back at first they were rude and nasty and they got downright ugly. While I have since given up hope of getting back my money, I feel that it is my duty to warn the public to steer clear from there website."

"I purchased a brand new MV900SDS Sony Dream System overhead DVD player for my car from Buy Rite Electronics but it arrived in an open box and was defective. I have emailed them over a week ago and received no reply. Their website has since gone down (supposedly for improvements), and their phone does not answer (message queue is full). I don't know what to do now. Beware.

"I ordered a Panasonic 50" Plasma TV from this company. It had the lowest online price I could find for a company who had the TV in stock. There were several companies who had a lower price by approx. $100.00, but the TV was on back order. Buy Rite shipped the TV within (24) hours of the purchase. The TV was delivered in excellent condition.

The only complaint I have is with the Freight Company who processed the delivery. That company had my TV in their warehouse for over (2) weeks and never bothered to call me to set up a delivery. On top of that, the first delivery I set up with them, they failed to deliver the TV. I finally had to call Tony at Buy Rite to fix the problem.

"Once they received the money and sent you the goods after sales support is inexistant. Been emailing them 3 times about my HK AVR635 front door not shutting down i had to call them to be referred to Harman Kardon support who told me to retuen the unit for exchange since tem email buyrite again no answer back to request for exchange ...this just show poor customer service .Because they do not want to honor Harman Kardon Warranty i have to pay $75 to have the door fixed ...will not buy from them again unless they shape up their customer service ....it is unacceptable that they do not reply to email request for support "

"Recently in the market for a new pair of studio headphones (Sony MDR-V600, to be precise), I compared the prices and customer service reviews for a number of websites and decided upon BuyRiteElectronics, whose ratings in these regards were both excellent. They truly shined when I called customer service to ask some questions about their customer verification policy and to clarify a shipping address mix-up of mine due my recent move. BuyRite's customer service staff were genuinely courteous and helpful addressing all my questions and concerns cogently and completely. There was not a moment when I felt frustrated or ignored and my headphones, of which I've been keeping track via their website, are expected to arrive on time. I intend on patronizing BuyRite in the future when the need arises. I must also mention that I appreciate their policy regarding customer verification and security."

"Ordered a Samsung DVD-L1200 after finally finding a store willing to ship to Canada. Placed the order but credit card used was blocked (brand new card, standard security procedure according to my bank). Promptly called the bank and got it reactivated, then got in touch with BuyRite the next day via e-mail, told them the transaction may have been blocked, told no problem they would bill it again.

Two weeks later, after no action on the order and several phone calls (told each time they would 'call me back') I got fed up and cancelled my order. Go ahead and order from them if you don't mind being treated like dirt.

"Buyriteelectronics.com exceeded my expectations for an "online-only" electronics retailer. I purchased a $3300.00 TV with a stand from Buyriteelectronics.com. I looked at a few different websites including www.fotoconnection.com. I called fotoconnection.com because there prices we're (initially) lower than Buyriteelectronics.com. However, the person who answered the phone at fotoconnection.com was rude, pushy and evasive.

Conversely, I spoke with Tony at Buyriteelectronics.com and asked him to price match the fotoconnection.com price. Tony politely told me that he couldn't match their price (which was $250 less) because he thought there was "monkey business" going on.

Turns out that Tony was right. The dope at fotoconnection could not verify that the item was new and could not guarantee the shipping price for "inside delivery" (very important).

I placed my order with Tony on Tuesday and received my TV with stand on Friday. I certainly didn't expect it to come that fast. Additionally, the product was BRAND NEW...not some refurb (which I think fotoconnection.com was trying to pawn off). This is critical when purchasing from online retailers that have prices "too low to believe". I saved over $400.00 by going with Tony and Buyrite over Circuit City, BestBuy and Sears.

Thank you for an enjoyable purchasing experience for such a big ticket item!

"I have had a very positive experience with BuyRight Electronics. Unfortunately my 32" Panasonic HDTV was damaged during delivery. I notified Tony and Marilyn at BuyRight and they took immediate action to replace the damaged goods. While it took a few days for them to determine the reason for the damage (access responsibility), they immediately acted to get me my TV by a safer ground transportation carrier. It arrived in great condition and I am very satisfied by the manner in which I was treated by all the employees at BuyRight. Thank you."

"Hello people, OK first I must say that buying anything over the internet can be intimidating and difficult. I use EBay on a regular basis and I search hard to find the best price I can and frankly who doesn’t. I was looking to get a DVD/VCR combo unit for my grandfather in law for Christmas so he can watch his older VHS movies and new ones on DVD. I finally found a store that seems to have the BEST prices on EBay especially for Canadians. I made my purchase and went to pay. Now here is where I ran in to a little trouble and I mean nothing major just a snag. I use Paypal for my EBay things to make it go faster but they don’t take Paypal payments from Canadians because stupid Paypal will NOT confirm my address. Why I don’t know so I can see why they don’t take it but at the same time I had to trust them to take my credit card number over the phone and not abuse it. Well it turned out just fine. Next was shipping now for some reason Americans love to charge an arm and a leg for shipping to Canada. Unfortunately it was not any different here. It was a little costly to ship even thou I live across the border in Ontario. I blame some of the cost on the dreaded UPS. Most Canadians hate to use UPS because of there ridicules fees but the gentlemen that I talked with at BuyRiteElectronics explained to me why they use UPS and Not USPS. Anyways it all made sense and I completed the purchase. It came super fast and everything was in order.
