"They were awful the site did not give shipping charge till after my card was charged. Also their system is poor. The item was supposedly backordered but when I called to cancel the next morning( also sent a email the the night I ordered and saw the high shipping charge) they claimed it was not on backorder and was about to ship. They said they were able to stop shipment and would issue credit to card. FYI they also sent and email that morning I called that also stated the item was backordered."

"I had ordered a 20 gallon water heater and they shipped 12 gallon heater. I had to send pictures to prove that they had sent a wrong heater. It took several emails and phone calls to get the right heater after 3 weeks. Every time I spoke with customer service rep I got a different answer. They would promise to call me with the status and they never called. It was a very poor experience dealing with this company.

Responding to Buyplumbing's comments. When I informed them of wrong shipment they asked for the pictures. As I was out of town I could not send the pictures. After I emailed the picture it took them more than two weeks to ship the correct product. The product was shipped after several emails and phone calls. Their agent also mentioned that they will give credit for the shipment. Let's see if I get this credit."

"When I talked with the saleswoman at buyplumbing I addressed my concerns about not being able to inspect the delivery as it is signed for by the receiving people at our complex. She assured me that the delivery people take extraordinary care with your products as they are aware of their value. This is clearly not the case, Also, you delivered the toilet the week of Thanksgiving and I like what seems to be half of all Americans, was travelling. Thanks again for your help."

"Customer service does not seem to be a strong point of the company. Due to a credit card issue and their not being willing to split the payment between a credit and debit card we could not complete the sale and now I cannot get Heather (Marla's supervisor) to call so we could complete this sale and I've been trying the last two days via email and phone. I'm looking now at other companies since they do not wish to do business.
BuyPlumbing did not leave any messages on my home phone or my cell phone. Heather made it clear they could not break up the payment and the card that declined carried a $6k limit but only $800 could be used outside a Wells Fargo vendor creating the issue. Yes I blame banks being squirrel-y with credit and BuyPlumbing.net for rudeness in not returning calls in a timely manner."
