I wanted an easy way to trade-in my phone to an honest company. Buybacktronics had the highest pay-out of all, but after some of the reviews, I was a bit nervous about the process being consistent. I decided to try anyway, being they're BBB-registered and had very detailed instructions on their whole process. In short, everything was smooth-sailing! I shipped my trade-in with the free shipping label and received a confirmation email upon its arrival. After delivery, it took about 4 business days before I received an update email, confirming the appraisal for the full amount. The Paypal transaction was sent with a confirmation email a few minutes later. Make sure you clean your electronics and look them over in good light, describe it accurately, pack it securely and you should be fine (just like you'd sell it to anyone else). Also, if you use their free shipping label, they offer to fully insure electronics for a very small amount if they're worth more than $100 (strongly encouraged. . .for me, it was $2 out of the $155 trade-in amount). Definitely less potential headaches!! I also appreciate no hidden fees on the payout; everything is very straightforward and clearly explained.
