"After receiving a cracked bulb, in an order of two, I requested a credit and returned both bulbs. I had to pay for shipping per there return instructions. Which is very specific on 'how' you are to return items. Apparently, receiving broke or damaged products is not uncommon, especially after you see how little packing is used on shipments of light bulbs. After following the instructions 'exactly' as requested, I shipped them back via UPS. I received an email from BulbAmerica confirming my returned items. The email also stated "refund confirmation will be sent to the email address on your account". I never did receive a conformation email. After over six weeks and repeated calls (you never talk to anyone, but requested to 'Leave a message'), I finally did receive my refund less 15% restocking fee. So I still had to pay a restocking fee on one of there broken bulbs! Lesson learned. Some things are best purchased locally, and light bulbs is most definitely one of them! "
