"I ordered bulbs that were needed within weeks. In that same time, the bulbs were never shipped out. I called to check on the status of my order and was told there was an unspecified problem and that I would receive a call later that day to report the status of my order. I never got that call. I called again and was told that the warehouse was closed for the upcoming holiday (indicating that it was closed for many days consecutively. I understood and asked for a refund. To date, I'm not certain I've had a refund issued, and no acknowledgement of my cancelation has been sent to me either. I missed the contractor's window to install my lights in the historic theater I'm reviving, and now this will likely cost me an extra thousand dollars in manpower and equipment if I do replace the bulbs that are burned out. I don't recommend this service."

"Our Volvo’s front turn signal bulbs are a mini bulb that is not sold in local auto stores. Sylvania no longer makes it either. We don’t live too close to a Volvo dealer, plus they want $$ for the bulb. We found aftermarket bulbs on only a few websites. Bulb America had the best price and lower shipping costs. Bulbs (ordered an extra) came faster than expected and work perfectly!"

"I'd been looking for these par lamps for a couple of years. No one in the Dallas area would order them unless I wanted at least 1 case. At $30+ each, a case wasn't going to happen. Due to the swift processing and shipment, we were unable to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched before your cancellation request reached us. Had the cancellation request been made on December 12, 2023, when the order was placed, we would have been able to accommodate it. Unfortunately, the request came in after the order had been shipped.
