"I had a good experience with Btotech.com from the start. I knew that I wanted to get an Asus but was having difficulty choosing among all of the various resellers. I gave btotech.com a call and all of my questions were answered very quickly. Also, emails would be replied to just minutes after sending them. I placed an order but was curious when I had not received any shipping notice several days later (I had paid extra for an expedited build). I emailed to enquire about the status of my order and to apologize for the delay they sent the laptop that night with overnight delivery at no extra cost. So far everything seems to be in great working order. I would definitely recommend btotech.com very highly to my friends and to anyone looking for a quality Asus reseller.
