I was planning on giving my wife a very Special ring for our 25th Anniversary, after visiting all of the online sites and stores in San Diego and Los Angeles CA. I contacted Brilliance, Anthony Cappola was the sales person that contacted me and I told him what I was looking for, I still had a full year to make my mind on the right diamond, for the whole year Anthony kept sending me different stones that met my desires. I went on a trip to Hong Kong, India and Dubai one month before our Anniversary and I look for Diamonds while we wore there to compere prices and I still came back and bought a 6+ Carat round diamond from Brilliance. After I made my mind, my 25th Anniversary was in 4 days Anthony and Jonathon went the extra mile to make sure I had it on my hand on that day. I really appreciate everything they did to make my dream of giving my wife a very Special gift for our 25th Anniversary a reality, It's not easy to spend over $100K with out seeing the diamond first, but I trusted Anthony and it paid off big time. "This is my 2nd review of the purchase of a replacement engagement ring .
My 1st review dwelt on the exceptional service, knowledge and guidance choosing the ring.
This review details the reaction of my wife when I presented the ring to her as a Birthday gift 15 days ago.
When the previous ring was lost/misplaced she was devastated.
However, when she unwrapped the gift and opened the LED presentation box. She was extatic and at the same time, overcome with emotion, realizing that this ring was larger and more beautiful than the previous ring.
We both are extremely pleased with our experience with Brillance.

"Me and my fiancé went to a local jewelry shop and found a diamond we loved, the issue was it was $3500. I went onto Brilliance and found a nearly identical spec’ed diamond that was in some makes better and only $800. We are really happy with the diamond, the only thing I’d note is it too very long to ship. I wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a problem but I imagine if you have a deadline of less than 2 weeks you’re gonna be sweating."

"I ordered a 3ct radiant cut lab diamond on a 2mm white gold setting. Very simple ring, but brilliance did a wonderful job creating my ring, updating my order and ensuring I didn’t wait too long for my amazing ring.
My only slight complaint is my prongs are ever so slightly off, so hair and strings get stuck more than I’d like, but you’d never notice anything visually off with the ring. "

"I bought a 2 CT lab grown diamond for my wife. Anniversary upgrade so to speak. Even though the shipping time seemed overly (15 business says) long, it was exactly what was quoted at the time of purchase. I had a question while waiting and Brilliance answered very quickly, less than a day. When I took the diamond to a local jeweler to have it set, even they remarked on the quality of the diamond. I spent a lot of time at different dealers comparing, as close as possible, prices. Brilliance has the best quality to price margins by far. If there was one thing to improve I suppose it would be the shipping windows, but, it really wasn't an issue. I'll be back, if there are more purchases to be made, in the future."
