"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a $200 order, received my plants which were super sick, nearly dead, riddled with spider mites and powdery mildew, and they offered to send a replacement order, which I accepted (now I realize that was a mistake) the replacement order came, AND THEY WERE IN EVEN WORSE CONDITION. I reached back out, and all they had to say was "we will send you another order" so at this point, they offered to send me a 3rd order just to get me to go away. Then a few days later some other person reached out saying they in fact cannot replace my order (which was fine, I did not want more diseased plants) but they wanted to offer me a 15% discount. I was told one thing, and then later told they cannot hold up to their word. Are you kidding me?!?! 15% for numerous hours of my time attempting to nurse these plants back to health and rid them of pests and fungus? LIKE, WHAT?!?! I declined that offer because of how disrespectful it was. Oh, and to top it off, 2 weeks after the first order arrived I found powdery white mildew and spider mites on ALL my plants in other parts of my house. So, now I am having to treat nearly dozens and dozens of house plants because this company sent me sick and diseased plants with pests. At the end of the day, I accepted a 25% refund and a bunch of negative reviews. Which, apparently, there were already a lot of, so I should have done a little more research before placing an order. This company is a joke, they will lie to you and just want you to go away, their plants are an even bigger joke which is incredibly sad, please do yourself a favor and stay far far away."

"Brighter Bloom Company states they ship live plants within two days. The live Eucalyptus tree was delivered to me three days later then your email said it was arriving to me. The Eucalyptus plant's leaves are dried up and the soil was still wet when the plant arrived. I've transplanted the eucalyptus plant into a larger pot from what it was shipped in. The eucalyptus plant takes in full sun as it sits on a window sill.

I ordered two tea olive shrubs and they don’t even look similar to each other. One looks like a tree with one trunk and the other resembles a shrub with multiple shoots.
