"Terrible buying experience. We ordered a halloween costume for our daughter. Two weeks later, it still hadn't shipped. We will not receive it in time to use. We have called everyday, only to get busy signals, be put on hold, or to be hung up on. Only once have we been able to speak with someone and unfortunately, they had no control and could not help us. I would suggest not buying from this company."

"After a week from my order date I received a call telling me my shoes were not available to order. I was told they were out of stock and could either cancel the order or proceed with the rest of the order without the shoes. I decided to proceed with the rest of the order without the shoes.After another week, I received an email telling me my order would be shipping soon. After I received my order, without the shoes, I noticed I was still cdharge for the full amount icluding the missing shoes. I attempted to contact them twice to ask them to correct their billing mistake and i have not heard anything from them in 5 days. The payment is yet to be corrected.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE. "

"Ordered the Michael Jackson glove, socks and hat for a photo shoot tribute-absolute crap. First, the hat was nothing but styrofoam. The glove was this thin mess crap, NOT white and NO sequin. It was black; same material as panty hoses. The so call socks-or leggings were the same. TOTAL CRAP. I sent 5 different emails trying to get in touch with them, they never responded. The phone number gives a message then hangs up, doesn't give you an opportunity to leave a message or actually speak to anyone. They are crooks, their merchandise is crap and their customer service is non-existent. "

"I needed a new pool pump for a pool I bought at Walmart and brands on sale was the only place I could find it anywhere. Because of this I called them to make sure they had it in stock and not only did they really have the pump I needed but they made suggestions about how I could make my pump last longer and save money too with an inexpensive timer. To top it off, they shipped my new pump the very next day after ordering it. I am more than pleased with them"

"I ordered a child's sheep costume that was advertised as a small size 4-6. It was actually a size 4t for a toddler and would not fit my 6 year old daughter for her school play. I paid $45.89 including shipping. I called and was told they would waive the 25% restocking fee size it was a missize on Brandsonsale.com. They only credited me $26.24 as they had charged me the 25% restocking fee. I called back and they finally agreed to credit the balance. I received a credit only in the amount of $8.75 as they obviously deducted the $10.90 I originally paid for shipping. I also had to pay the $8.16 to return the child's sheep costume (total $19.06 out of my pocket). I would not purchase from brandsonsale.com based on this experience."

"Beware!! company policy is to fleece the customer!
You have to pay to return ANYTHING, PLUS a restocking fee of 20%, even if the item is unopened.
Only order from this company if you are 100% sure the item will fit, is exactly what you are looking for, or are prepared to pay an extra $15 or so to return it."

I know the order was being shipped from the states, but the shipping costs just as much as the product itself. Other than that, i am happy with this transaction"

It turns out i was on the phone for almost an hour speaking to the sales person about my pool. The staff was very helpful in explaining how my pool worked. "WOW! At first i was really upset with this company. It seems that the order i placed was shipped somewhere else other then my address. Since i needed the item for the weekend i was rather upset with them. However, after looking into the problem further they were able to track down the package. It seems that ups had lost it. Since i needed the package the next day, they were able to ship out another item to me and i got it the next day. I did have to pay for shipping, but at this point since i needed to have the product for a birthday party, i was willing to pay for it. So even though, this transaction went wrong and i was pretty angry, the company themselves did jump through hoops to get me the item when i needed it. "

"I purchased a Halloween costume from this company, size 2T-4T. My daughter wears a size 2T (she weighs 28 pounds and is 36" tall). The costume did not fit. It was too small (sleeves and legs were too short). They do have a policy of no exchanges for Halloween costumes, however, considering that they provided misleading sizing information, I asked if they would make an exchange. They responded by telling me that they absolutely refused to "override" their policy.

Needless to say, I will never do business with these people again!"

"I purchased a child's costume from BOS through Amazon. They sent a robe and did not include the costume. The ad in Amazon did not state that the costume was not included, and the price was well above the cost for only the robe from other sellers. BOS used a deceptive ad.
They have a policy of keeping most of your money if you return a costume, so a refund will leave you with a loss. This is not acceptable for misrepresented merchandise. This seller made no effort to resolve the issue and lied in response to my feed back.
