"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I placed an order for an integral part of my daughter's Halloween costume five days ago. I called today because my attempts to use their "easy" online tracking system failed. I was told by the customer service representative that they had a "glitchy thingy" happen and the orders that were placed on that particular day came through today, and the item was no longer available. Now I am scrambling. I am currently hoping another "glitchy thingy" doesn't prevent my refund from coming through. Take your time and search for a company more reputable"

"The costume I ordered had a VERY rough interior fabric. It was not possible for my son to wear it. He would have had to wear a full body suit including head cover. It was not worn. I called to return it and even though there is nothing damaged about this item they charge a 25% restock fee. I also had to pay shipping to and from. Crap company, product and service. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a costume."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is not a reputable business. There website descriptions are inaccurate, their turn around time is slow and they cannot fulfill their orders. If you call their customer service they are not helpful and do not return calls. I ordered a costume on a monday after speaking to a customer service rep and on friday they emailed to say they couldn't fulfill. They left me in a bind right before halloween. Terrible business"

"I'm so mad at myself for not reading these reviews first. I ordered 3 costumes. I got an email a couple days later saying they ran out of costumes "at that price", and if i still wanted that costume i'd have to pay twice as much for it. PAY TWICE AS MUCH FOR THE SAME COSTUME?! no. give me the costume i ordered at the price i paid for it. the gap doesn't call back after a sale asking for more money when the price goes up! i left a message for supervisor janelle, but i have a feeling this won't end well. "

"BEWARE: This is one of those Internet companies to avoid.

I returned a package in 1 day via UPS. After 3 weeks they cannot locate the package. It was signed for by "LOPEZ." Jenelle, in customer service, just informed me of their 25% restocking fee. THIS IS AN OUTRAGEOUS RIPOFF. Shouldn't they locate the package first? If you want to spend hours on the phone, on-hold, an unfriendly CSR, unexpected products and being ripped-off this is the place for you!

"Ordered a wig for Halloween. It was supposed to arrive several days before the 31st; hadn't gotten it by the 30th so I called. They said there was a glitch in their computer system that randomly canceled orders without alerting them. So I had to run around to several croded stores on Halloween to find the same wig -- everyone was either sold out or didn't carry it. So I had to scrap the whole costume. I should have read these reviews."

"I ordered a hopper as a Christmas present. I waited right before Christmas to inflate it only to find a hole. I called the costumer service department. I was told I had 2 days to check the product for defects. I asked where I could find this policy. She said it was under the help section of their website. This is not clearly stated anywhere else. I am very annoyed with this company and would not recommend anyone buying products from these thieves."

"I ordered two halloween costumes, and it said that it would take about 10 days to ship to Norway. So i thought i would get them on time to halloween. I paid for it(stupid me!) and i haven't heard anything from them. I got a tracking number, but it hasn't been sent yet! I have written several e-mails to them, but all i get is a autoreplay, telling me to call. I have tried to call, i get to the waiting music, but when it seems like they are going to answer me, something happens,and i get a message that says that the call cannot connect. I have written an e-mail and explained this to them, but I still get those auto answers..!! I am sure i will never get my costumes and just have to kiss my money goodbye. "

"TERRIBLE! No packing slip in package. Decided to return so I emailed the "company". After going back and forth they were sorry. Seven days had passed, and they wouldn't let me retun the costume. Could have in that ridiculous time frame if an invoice/return slip was included."

"unfortunately I didn't throughly investigate this company's policies. I did place an order and received it in a timely fashion. I was not happywith the item so I called to have it returned. they said I could return with a 25% restocking fee, did I still want to return it. oh but if I exchanged it they wouldn't charge me the restocking fee. I find this incredible that they gouge their customers like that. This was only a costume not a big ticket item.So between the shipping and restocking fee I paid 30 bucks for absolutely nothing.I would not recommend this store to anyone."

"I placed my order on 9/18 and received it on 9/24. I ordered the Pinocchio youth 8-10 and it is NOT true to size, my son is in sz 7 and the 8-10 was like daisy dukes! I called to exchange, then I was told I'd have to re-order and re-pay $12 in shipping!! So I'm spending $24 to ship a costume, NO WAY!. I then asked to return it and was told they charge a 25% restocking fee to put a bag on a shelf!! I replied with "WHAT" to the customer service rep I will never order again from your site and he HUNG UP on me, I called back and got a recording!. I just finally got to call again and they are telling me it's too late to return when I called and was hung up on by their RUDE employee. Buyers beware, do not order from this site!!!"

"I read the plentiful bad reviews on this merchant so I was very hesitant to order from them. I honestly wouldn't have ordered from them because of the reviews, but they were the only merchant that had the merchandise I needed. Truthfully, I had no problem what-so-ever with my transaction. I ordered on the 20th and received my package the 22nd. I was shocked how fast shipping was and the item was exactly as pictured. I'm very satisfied with my purchase but I didn't have to speak with customer service or return anything. I got a confirmation number and all the normal invoices. Buy at your own risk I guess but no complaints here. Thanks."

"Shipping was excessively slow. They say orders normally ship same business day or next. My order sat in limbo for nearly a week before it was packed. Unlikely to receive order in time. Numerous e-mails went unanswered. Their 800 number gives a busy message most of the time. I got through one time, but gave up after an hour wait.
