"this is the tenth email I sent to boxwave requesting a refund, this is the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered. I demanded a full refund immediately by this week or I will file a claim with my credit card comapany and the BBB.
THE PRODUCT THEY SENT ME IS NOT WHAT THEY SHOW ON THEIR SITE. I ORDERED THE CLEARTOUCH SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR THE HTC-HD2, THE SITE CLEARLY OUTLINE THAT THE PRODUCT ALSO COVERS THE BOTTOM PART OF MY PHONE AROUND THE BUTTONS, BUT THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED CUT SHORT OF THAT. THE ONLY EMAIL I RECEIVED BACK LAST WEEK WAS THIS :

I am sorry to hear that the ClearTouch you ordered is not fitting your T-Mobile HTC HD2 correctly. Please allow me to ask a few questions to diagnose the source of the issue:

May I ask what the label on the packaging of the ClearTouch says? The correct unit should say "BWCT-PCU703"

I EMAILED THEM BACK 20 TIMES TELLING THEM THAT THE UNIT NUMBER IS CORRECT, THE PRODUCT IS FOR THE HTC-HD2, BUT IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT THAT CLEARLY SHOWS ON YOUR SITE, AND IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED, AND I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE IS DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY PLACE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A VALID NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON,WHOEVER THAT'S HANDLING EMAILSIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE OBVIOUSLY IGNORING OR INTENTIONALLY DELETING IT IN HOPES THAT YOU WILL GIVE UP ON GETTING AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

"Non existent customer service. I contacted them about getting a replacement screen protector and it took 2 tries before I even received a reply. I finally received a reply and I told them I wanted an advance replacement. It has now been 15 days and I still have not heard back. Absolutely terrible customer service"

"Do not buy from BoxWave. I purchased two of the ClearTouch Crystal for Apple IPad. Could not successfully get installed. I e-mail customer service wanting a refund. They responded by giving instructions for retry.. I did the retry but no luck. I again requested RMA. Now no response... Typical I WANT A REFUND... "

"I am truly puzzled by all the negative reviews regarding Boxwave. I constantly order from them and have never received better service or been more satisified with anyone else's products...Sure, it takes a week to get merchandise from the West Coast to the East Coast, but, when I am paying no shipping charge, a week to deliver via ground from Washington to Connecticut is not a long time. I can only base my comments on my personal experiences, but I shall continue to buy from Boxwave."

"This is the worst online retailer ever. Absolute poor customer service. The product I ordered was delayed 3 weeks after the date they said they would ship without telling me. I asked for a refund and they refused to respond. Then when they emailed me, they convenient said your order is in process and cannot be canceled even though they had 2 weeks to do it. If that's their practice, they can wait as long as they want and never let you cancel orders. However, if you email them for possible purchases, they'll respond to you instantly. My advice is to never purchase from them. You'll regret it."

"ordered 9 iphone4 cases from them but til now i haven't received any of them. i understand that i pre-ordered the items but they said that they will ship it by July 9 when the products become available. "I have ordered several items from this store before. My last order was to be sent overseas to Japan. I received a call to my cell but since I was at work I could not answer, they left no message. I called the number back several times and got a canned message each time, their voice mail box is full. I also received an e-mail from them, they flagged my order because it was going to Japan. They want me to fax my CC and ID to them to prove I ordered it. I have no complaints about the products I ordered previously but they are slow shippers and it also looks like they are going to be slow responders to my e-mails and you can't get a hold of them by phone. I am going to take my business elsewhere if they customer support is this bad. "

"This will be my fifth or sixth order with this company for PDA, cell phone or Kindle ebook screen protectors. The I understand the wait for delivery if it is standard delivery. It can take 10 days for the shipment to get to my home. However the product is great. Every screen protector has fit perfectly and have been an excellent protector. I like the non-glare versions the best because they do not show finger prints.

I had a Zagg invisibleSHIELD on my iPhone 3GS and makeup from my wife pitted this screen protector. I put a Boxwave ClearTouch on it and have not had any problems for ten months. I have had a ClearTouch on a Dell Axim PDA for three years and it does not show any wear.

If you order the right product and wait for the shipment, you get an excellent product. I have used their product for over 5 years with great results.

"Worst shipping ever! I don't get it... If they are just going to mail it to me in an envelope why not just send it USPS instead of DHL to USPS? Says it shipped Monday, DHL told me they didn't get it till Wednesday...honestly that's just stupid. I ordered three other items on the same day (Sunday), all arrived by Wednesday. One was even sent USPS (standard shipping 3-5 days at same rate) and arrived Tuesday. My BoxWave order still has yet to arrive.

I have two anti-glare protectors from them that I love. They are the best I've found. It's too bad they haven't got a clue how to run a shipping department....

Go ahead order or not.... just be aware that it seems they don't really care one way or the other.

"DON'T ORDER FROM BOXWAVE!
I want to return an un-opened cell phone shell case. I've sent them email a week ago for them to provide the return RMA number (per their instructions). They are not responding. I called them today ***-***-**** and had to leave a message on what sounds like a cheezy home phone recorder. They have not responded. I beleive the only way to return merchandise for refund is to send it insured with tracking information. I will also advise Amazon.com that they are marketing products from a 'very' unresponsive and difficult vendor.

"I just wanted to compliment Boxwave's customer support and the quality of their products. A couple of months ago I purchased the T-Mobile version of HTC's Touch Pro 2 (Windows Mobile phone). Since its release this past summer, it has been hard to find accessories that are compatible with this particular version of the Touch Pro 2.

I put in a few product requests with Boxwave's customer service team, and a couple of months later they delivered new accessories that are compatible with my phone. I greatly appreciate their responsiveness.

"shipping is slow and expensive. sent item thru DHL then to USPS then to my home? product removal is difficult. boxwave's website suggests applying scotch tape to the corner and then lift to remove,
does not work. i had to use a strait pin to lift the corner then remove the screen protector. now my unit has a couple of small scrathes in the corner. i doubt very much that boxwave will offer to have my unit fixed or replaced. very dissatified with thier customer service--no phone number to contact them only e-mail which can take up to a couple of days for a response. i no longer will suggest boxwave products to anyone.
zagg has better service and products.

"I'm very satisfied with the service at Boxwave.
I ordered ClearTouch Crystal screen protector but I received a screen protector for some digital camera. I sent an email and, once they confirmed that I had wrong product (i sent them a picture), they send me replacement unit right away without waiting for me to return the wrong product. They just asked me to return it within 30 days. But USPS made mistake and returned my screen protector to Boxwave. I notified them once again and they send out another one again. without waiting for returned mail to arrive. They just asked me to return it if it gets delivered eventually.
Their response was very prompt and they process the replacement order very fast. I'm very satisfy with their product and their service.
