"Absolutely horrible customer service. They make it nearly impossible to obtain an RMA# which is required if you want to return an item. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. You can only contact them via email and I have already sent 4 emails requesting an RMA# and have received no response."

"I ordered something as s Christmas gift in November and only realized after Christmas that I never received it. I then got too busy and didn't both contacting Boxwave until the end of January to ask about the order. When I thought about how on earth I could get this fixed I thought they'd laugh at me and say, "Sure you didn't get your order. You just want another one free!" But I worked closely with Kathryn in their Customer Service and with no questions asked simply sent another product! Fast delivery and no extra charges. My wife was so happy to get her gift and I was happy I didn't have to pay again for it! This is the type of customer service that will keep people coming back for more. I will surely shop there again simply for this interaction."

"I ordered a case for my wife,s ipad and a few other items total $90.85 on dec 2, 2011, when they sent the order conformation the total charge was $9,000.00 and stated it was a preorder( had no idea what that was) and after I paid for a 3 day shipment the pre order meant that it would not be sent out until 10 days. I canceld my order on the 9th of dec. and the chose to mail it anyway on the 12th of dec. I never recieved the package so the mailman returned it. I had to dispute this with my credit card company. and was charged only for the shipping each way. these people are terrible to deal with I would check out ther reviews befor I did any business with them. "

"I purchased a silicone case for my IPad from Boxwave. Their website states that this product is an "award-winning" case. When I received it, I immediately thought it was a bad buy, made from cheap materials. I tried it on my iPad and low & behold it doesn't even fit. The case is way too big. I checked again and again to make sure I purchased the right item. I visited their website to check out how to return an item, and of course they make you jump through hoops to even dream about returning something. I did what they said and sent an email requesting a return ID of some sort and days later received an email back asking all kinds of questions. I replied and again days later received another email completely ignoring the previous questions I answered and this time asking for a picture showing how the case does not fit my iPad... Huh? They are making it impossible to return this flimsy piece of crap and quite honestly, I think this whole company is a scam. They are selling awful products and then not giving refunds when you want to return it. DO NOT GIVE BOXWAVE A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!"

"I have become the UK reseller for the BoxWave Keyboard Buddy Case backlit edition (see www.iphone-keyboard.co.uk) and I have to say as our supplier they are equally as terrible as people have previously reviewed on the site. Slow email replying, no one is ever available to take my call, and ask about a problem / for a return and you'll never get a response.

Please note we are not operated in any way by BoxWave and at www.iphone-keyboard.co.uk, we strive to have 100% customer satisfaction (evidently unlike BoxWave).

"I initially ordered a case for my iPhone 4 on Dec 23, 2011. I decided to add a holster to my order. These transactions were made during the Christmas holiday weekend. BoxWave is closed on Sat, Sun and holidays. I requested Standard Delivery (5-7 days). After BoxWave finished processing my order, DHL Global Mail picked up and shipped my products on Dec 29. My expected delivery date was Jan 4, 2012. My case and holster arrived in my USPS Mailbox on Dec 31, 2011. I couldn't believe how soon I received my purchases!! WOW, fantastic shipping management on the part of BoxWave, DHL Global Mail and the USPS!! I will definitely order from BoxWave again, if I need any more accessories in the future."

"Ordered a screen shield for my phone through Amazon (not rated through Amazon because order was canceled). Product listed as 'in stock' and ordered on Monday December 26th with shipping within a few days. By the end of the week I had heard nothing. Order was not shipped. No communication from the company that the product was not in stock or backordered.

Canceled order the following week. No explanation or apology or anything from the company to explain why an 'in stock' item failed to ship within a week.

"You know, reading all these negative reviews does not give me much hope on my order. I should have looked here first and then ordered. The leather cases looked like such nice quality that I could not resist.

Anyway, I ordered on 12/15, on 12/16 I received email from them saying one item was not in stock and suggested something else, I responded back and have not heard back from them. I have noticed that the Status on my order has changed but that is it.

I worked in Retail for a number of years and stuff happens, but you need to communicate with your customers if you hope to maintain a relationship with them. At this point, even if I do receive my order, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!

"HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a clip for my Blackberry Curve through Amazon from Boxwave. They sent a clip that fits a Curve 8300 instead of my Curve 8530. Nowhere on their Amazon page did it state that this clip fits the 8300. There was no mention of a model number at all.
After numerous emails they agreed to issue a refund only if I pay to send the wrong item back to them. Shipping it back would begin my total shipping to more than the clip costs. How is it logical to ask me to pay to ship it back when the error was theirs?
Horrible people. Katie, the "customer service specialist" just keeps repeating the same thing over and over in our emails. There's no getting through to her.
I'll keep the wrong clip and just forfeit the money spent so far.
**DO NOT BUY FROM THE PEOPLE AT ANY COST**

"Very disappointmet with this company. the worst internet shopping experience ever and I am a person who buys almost everything online.
The will list items in stock and after you purchase them and they have charged your card, the item will be backordered. they keep changing the shipping date for the order and do not bother to notify the costumer.
Worst costumer service: no number or ability to speak to a person.

"I stay in India ordered two stylus pens for my ipad from boxwave.. paid a steep price as well.. $ 21.55 & $ 30.45.. Its over a month now that i yet have to receive them.. I have been following up with them since then & everytime they just write that the order has been dispatched & wait for a week more.. Today they asked me to confirm my address .. After more than a month.. Its ridiculous.. They have eatne up my money & not even delivered the products.. BOXWAVE IS A RIP OFF.. !!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER EVER FROM THEM.. I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT UNLESS THEY DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND ME THE PENS.. "

"I had a good experience with Boxwave. The total time from placing the order to delivery was five days-not bad at all for free shipping from Washington state to the east coast.

The product I ordered (a leather vertical flip case for a Droid 2) was good quality and just as described on the site. I'll definitely consider Boxwave for future purchases.
